Louisbourg Seafoods Expanding Markets Due to Trump Uncertainty

Louisbourg Seafoods Vice President Dannie Hansen says the company generates $65 Million a year in revenue, exporting over 15 million tons of fish and shellfish. The company is looking towards other International buyers now due to the uncertainty of NAFTA (the North American Free Trade Agreement) which President Donald Trump has threatened to "rip up". Louisbourg Seafoods are now increasing their focus on growth in markets beyond the United States due to the country's "increasingly hostile attitude toward trade with Canada and other allies".
