The Port of Sydney's second cruise ship berth warranted an announcement from several levels of government at the Joan Harris Cruise Pavillion Monday morning. In attendance was Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil, MLA Geoff MacLellan, Liberal MPs Mark Eyking and Rodger Cuzner and CBRM Mayor Cecil Clarke.
