Preparing to write the PMP? Need some guidance/support or perhaps short of the required educational hours. Our 11 weeks of structured, in person, preparation (over 12 weeks duration) for writing the Project Management Institute's PMP Exam is for you. Who should attend? The PMP Study Group is intended for individuals who are preparing to write the PMP examination (details on the PMP application here). This series is very specifically targeted to the PMP examinations. What's the structure of the study group? The interactive study group format provides participants with hands-on experience on all the PMBOK® Guide, 6th Edition concepts, including comprehensive learning activities on each of the project management processes. Its purpose is to provide a framework to assist participants in their individual self-study preparation. Each session is facilitated by a certified Project Management Professional following established guideline for the series. Our study group facilitators use their knowledge of the process of studying and passing the PMP exam to create an active environment that embraces participants’ prior knowledge. Our facilitators are the “guide by the side” encouraging the sharing of knowledge by and with participants. What's included? Will this study group satisfy my contact hours requirement?
