A North Sydney woman posted a video showing her 1-week-old fence cut down and says her neighbour admitted to doing it. The wood posts were cut off cleanly above the concrete post footers. She's contacted local police who she says informed her that it is a civil matter.

The woman says that the land was recently surveyed and that the fence was on her property. The neighbour clearly disagrees.
