Isn't it time.
Stand with me as I evoke my Charter Rights, and go into CBRM council session on Tuesday, the 26th of June, to ask Cecil P. Clarke to resign.
I tried submitting a request, it was denied...now the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is my only option.
Section 2 if you are interested, and the CBRM, nor its policies qualify a Section 33 rebuttal. The "Not Withstanding Clause", if they so choose to use it will afford me much broader powers during a challenge.
Silent no more.
