HEAVY GARBAGE PICKUP: It's nice to hear that Council wants to keep it.It is extremely important.However I do not understand why it is up for discussion every year by Council.It should be included in the Public Works yearly plan just like plowing our roads and not an issue to stand out as needing particular approval. Unless......Council sees a time when they might give citizens the option of throwing their heavy garbage in the woods.
