Councillor James Edwards moved a motion to have CBRM staff explore the details of selling Centre 200. In so doing, it was another first notice to the public of something secretly brewing within the inner circle of the CBRM. Would it be a bad move? I'll discuss the primary concern, but also some of the advantages of the deal. Is Centre 200 really only worth $19 Million? I'll also share the first potential investor any salesperson worth their salt would pitch if they intend to sell it.
