Taste of Winter: Learn to Curl

Bring a clean pair of sneakers and hit the ice for a free introductory lesson and game in one of Canada's signature sports. Experienced instructors will be on hand to help you with your form and to have a ton of fun. For persons who are unable to do traditional curling, stick curling is also available.,
Taste of Winter: Learn to Curl is open to individuals 7+ at the Sydney Curling Club. Helmets are required for children under 12, and are recommended for older youth.
The Sydney Curling Club is a heated, four sheet curling facility, centrally located at 619 George Street in Sydney.
The Club is dedicated to promoting and developing the sport of curling for the entire community, in a friendly, social atmosphere, and offers a winter pastime that can be enjoyed by the entire family. Not only is curling fun and good exercise, it has a great social atmosphere. Our spacious lounge area is equipped with a large sitting area, big screen TV, fireplace and pool table. Also, our upstairs banquet hall is available to take care of those bigger functions.
