VICTORIA COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OPEN THURSDAY (SEPT. 5) BADDECK, N.S. – Victoria County Memorial Hospital’s emergency department will be open on Thursday, Sept. 5. It was previously announced that the department would be closed that day but the shift is now filled. Nova Scotia Health Authority regrets any confusion this change in service has caused.
