Nova Scotia SPCA has received $38,785 grant from PetSmart Charities ™ of Canada one of the nation’s leading funders of animal welfare, to provide subsidized spay/neuter surgeries for owned pets across Nova Scotia in celebration of World Spay Day celebrated on February 27, 2018.
