We are a world renowned cruise ship/tourist destination.....for many of us our bread and butter but.....we have 400 derelict buildings. Time to clean it up and preserve our reputation !!!

I wonder what has been done to rectify the rot in the past several years? Tear it down at owner's expense before someone gets seriously injured "exploring" it.
