The Dominion Heritage School House Museum on Cape Breton Island is a schoolhouse (c 1888–1896) with a period classroom portraying various aspects of education in the region. The museum also explores the history of the town and the coal mining industry in eastern Cape Breton. Bird watching platforms are on site.
