CTV's Kyle Moore is reporting breaking news via Twitter that the Education Minister has ordered the NSSAF (Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation) to reinstate high school rugby in Nova Scotia immediately "for the duration of the season". Yesterday, there was a controversially order to suspend participation in the sport.
