John Morris Rankin and Howie MacDonald play a set of tunes at the annual Mabou Ceilidh Days Concert ( July 1986 ) which usually took place on the Mabou Arena grounds, and was seen as the " Kick-Off " to a series of summer festivals and concerts around Cape Breton Island. Father John Angus Rankin and Archie Neil Chisholm emceed this concert, as well as many other concerts on The Island. This video was recorded by Howard Sleep.
