I have cross posted this ad from FB Marketplace where I have been inundated with over 60+ messages. Very much by FB/Meta's design, it is very difficult to keep track of your messages via FB/Meta website - I have wasted several hours trying to reply to and manage responses. Moreover, most of my replies to individuals have not been met by a response.

So I'm posting it here. A good, local Cape Breton owned alternative to the foreign owned social media rot that is both making the world a worse place and profoundly wasting our time.

Maybe do yourself a favour and find an alternative to FB/Meta/Insta/tiktok etc and find another way to really connect with your friends and neighbours that does not deliberately waste your time, that does not masquerade as being free while selling you (your personal information), and that does not use whatever toxic algorithm to hold your attention.
