The Maple Leaf Restaurant has been owned and operated by the Fong family in downtown Sydney for over 60 years. They announced on Friday that they are now set to close. The family worked tremendously hard to keep the business going and did well during the busy tourist season, but experienced a downturn in business during the off-season.
