Allan MacNeil is a native of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Allan returned home to Cape Breton in 2025 with over 25 years experience as a Gestalt Therapist, Mental Health Addictions Counsellor, Case Manager and Researcher, Executive Sales Trainer and Professional Theatre Instructor.

Allan is a Post Graduate of The Gestalt Institute of Toronto, a Graduate of Metropolitan Toronto University (formerly Ryerson University) with a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate of George Brown College, Mental Health & Addiction Program Counselling Diploma, Toronto, Ontario. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP. Allan has experience as Executive Sales Trainer and Professional Theatre Instructor.
