Providing selective RN services and consulting in the field of

Palliative Care / End-of-Life Care / Seniors Care  at home .

Providing information and assistance in Advance Care Planning

Providing patient advocacy and community liaison.

Home Support Services include :

- companionship

- respite

- light personal care ( no heavy lifting )

- running errands / delivering groceries                                       ( would have to be on a   schedule for this, or combined with  other services )

-transportation to specialist or GP appointments if no other  transportation available.

- accompanied appointments , if a second pair of eyes and ears   is needed.

- cleaning services ( no industrial carpet cleaning / no exterior       wall / window cleaning )

- light yard maintenance and weeding ( no professional          gardening services )

- helping with moving to a nursing home or seniors residence

Fee per service. Mileage for distant locations applies.

Minimum of 2 hours booking.

Preference is given to customers who book services over a longer period, for example : 2-8 times / month X several months /

and paid in advance ( per month ).
