Born in Sydney, family home in Lr. L'Ardoise, lived in PEI until 13, moved to Ottawa then Toronto.  Currently in Moncton, on my way home to Cape Breton (2019).

Retired from working as Senior Law Clerk in Toronto. Studied and am licensed Reiki Master-Teacher and Level 3 Therapeutic Touch practitioner; writer, published poet and author of one book of poetry, and am an avid blogger on diverse topics.
