MoneySense Magazine gives Cape Breton a failing grade in terms of Canada's best places to live. We fall in 5th last of 209 cities evaluated. Do you agree?

I tweeted a suggestion to MoneySense that they add a tool that allows people/cities to see where they would be in the list if they showed improvement in key areas, or revised the weight placed on different factors. We need some form of benchmark.

The lowest performing teams get priority on new draft picks. If we embrace our poor standing, we should leverage it to death in getting priority on Provincial and Federal funding. Of course, we also might need to change coaches and management! :P
