Construction of the new NSCC waterfront campus in Sydney, NS continues. 

There has been many visible changes since the last update in December 2021. A new structure has been added where the old fire station used to be. The main buildings have been wrapped with vapour barrier. The new building on the corner of Falmouth has been erected, and a pedway can be seen above the Esplanade connecting the two sites.
