Kenix from Ho Chi Minh City, Ellie and Tam are from Da Nang, a coastal city in central Vietnam.
Ellie, a Cape Breton University graduate from Hospitality and Tourism Management. Kenix and Tam are CBU students and arrived 2 months ago.
Vietnamese children are taught the art of cooking by their parents which have been passed down from generation to generation. As the ladies go abroad, cooking Vietnamese food is a way for them to stay connected to their culture.
They are excited to bring the unique flavours of Vietnam to Cape Breton and hope to create enjoyable experience for all who try their food.
Come try their delicious version of Pho, the iconic dish of Vietnamese cuisine. A hypnotic beef broth just perfect for the cold winters. Filled with rice noodles, slice beef and garnished with herbs.
