Cape Breton scrapyard dealer faces additional charges over stolen vehicles [CBC]

Cape Breton Regional Police allege a 46-year-old scrapyard dealer was on the run for about 24 hours before he was arrested late Friday afternoon in an ongoing investigation into stolen vehicles.

Police said they tried to arrest Sandy Joseph Young on Thursday while executing search warrants at several rural properties in Cape Breton Regional Municipality, including a former elementary school in Florence and an auto salvage yard in Little Pond, roughly 30 kilometres northwest of Sydney.
