What a steal!!!! Only 143 Million Dollars.Folks thought the fantasy Container Pier, library and so so many other failed dream projects over the years were bad enough...... but for someone to come up with this nonsense is simply unbelievable and an absolute insult to CBRMers.

DMDE is the same group that recently told us that restoring the line to Port H would cost $100-$150 million, which is about 1/4 of the actual cost, and i can assure you that they never walked THOSE tracks. CBU needs to get 2000 students back, or they will be underwater in 2 years. Light rail is hardly their top priority.
