Those waiting for a replacement for the aging central library in downtown Sydney, N.S., are going to have to wait a little longer.
The developer of a public-private partnership in Cape Breton Regional Municipality says increased demand for apartments has meant design changes to the building that would house the new library, delaying the company's application for a building permit.
