Cape Breton N.S. – Savoy Theatre management, staff and volunteers are happy to be back doing what they love to do the most: prepare for shows and welcome patrons back into the historic space. This upcoming Christmas Season, the Savoy is featuring the much-anticipated return of their most popular holiday performances, and are introducing some brand new ones.
Savoy Theatre Executive Director Pam Leader says it didn’t take long for the theatre’s dance card to fill up. “Once we announced we were opening, and once patrons saw how safe and comfortable we made them for a show, the phone started ringing off the wall. Patrons are constantly asking for shows to return and artists are rapidly booking them. It’s wonderful,” says Leader. “We still have more to share in the coming weeks, so keep checking with us.”
