The Nova Scotia government is reporting 0 new COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases in the province as of Monday, July 13, 2020.
The province has 20 consecutive days with no cases of COVID-19 until Monday, June 29th. Since then, there were 5 additional cases reported.
The total number of cases is now 1066. There were no additional deaths reported today. There have been 63 deaths in total in Nova Scotia. There are 3 active cases remaining. 1 person is currently hospitalized. 1000 people have recovered or are classified as "resolved."
"It remains important for Nova Scotians to strictly adhere to the public health order and directives - practise good hand washing and other hygiene steps, maintain a physical distance when and where required, and wearing a non-medical mask is strongly recommended when physical distancing is difficult."

"Anyone who has travelled outside of Nova Scotia must self-isolate for 14 days. As always, any Nova Scotian who develops symptoms of acute respiratory illness should limit their contact with others until they feel better." See exceptions for the "Atlantic Bubble" below.
Atlantic Bubble Began on July 3, 2020:
"Earlier today, the Council of Atlantic Premiers announced travel restrictions in Atlantic Canada will be eased as COVID-19 case numbers remain low in each province. Interprovincial travel within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, without the requirement to self-isolate for Atlantic Canadian residents, will be permitted beginning Friday, July 3."
The Eastern Zone had had 4 total deaths, with the last of the reported deaths occurring on April 23rd.
The highest number of active COVID-19 cases (non-recovered or deceased) was reported on April 19th totalling 466.
