Lots of people talking about the Whale House. 

 I have not tried yet, but heard about and like the concept: The Whale House has different chefs on different days making a variety of ethnic food specialties. 

 Was wondering if you could adapt to make these gluten free, use non dairy milk, and use something like Xylitol instead of sugar or if that would make it not be as good? I’d like to make t...
