Mentoring relationships are a significant contributor to personal and business success.

If you have business or life experience, consider becoming a mentor to another member of the community. Contribute to community success by sharing your valuable insight on a one-to-one basis.

If you are seeking guidance for your business or life, consider seeking a mentor to help.

Here is how it works for MENTORS:

  • People willing to be mentors post their information on this website. You can even post your interest anonymously to protect your identity. You can post whatever information you like, including your experience and the type of person you are willing to mentor (age, gender, industry, etc.).
  • People seeking to be mentored can find your posting on this website and contact you directly (if you choose to include your contact information) or send you a message through this website (if you choose to be anonymous). Once you receive a request, you can decide how to respond, which may include turning down the request, or to ask questions, or to set up a discussion to find out more. Replying will reveal who you are.
  • Instead of waiting for mentees to find you, you can also browse a list of people who have posted their interest in being mentored.
  • Once you have successfully connected with another person, you can continue your communication with each other however you prefer (email, telephone, meetings, etc.).
  • To get started, choose Seeking to be Mentored or Willing to be a Mentor.
