Changes to the number of people that can gather in a group were announced on Thursday
The Nova Scotia government is reporting 0 new COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases in the province as of Sunday, June 21, 2020. The total number of cases is now 1061. There were no additional deaths reported today. There have been 62 deaths in total in Nova Scotia. There is only 1 active case remaining. 2 people are currently hospitalized. 998 people have recovered or are classified as "resolved."
This is the 12th day in a row with no new cases of COVID-19 in the province.
IMPORTANT:
"Anyone who has travelled outside of Nova Scotia must self-isolate for 14 days. As always, any Nova Scotian who develops symptoms of acute respiratory illness should limit their contact with others until they feel better."
The Eastern Zone had had 4 total deaths, with the last of the reported deaths occurring on April 23rd.
The highest number of active COVID-19 cases (non-recovered or deceased) was reported on April 19th totalling 466.

- "The province is renewing the state of emergency to protect the health and safety of Nova Scotians and ensure the safe re-opening of businesses and services. The order will take effect at noon Sunday, June 14 and extend to noon Sunday, June 28, unless government terminates or extends it."
