A Bite of Asia to open on Dorchester Street

Sydney will soon have a new Chinese restaurant, servicing traditional dishes as well as Thai food. Two young, Chinese entrepreneurs will open A Bite of Asia on Dourchester Street in Downtown Sydney, serving dishes not seen on the menu of our 8 other Chinese Restaurants, as well as a cuisine sorely lacking within the CBRM; Thai food.

Shibin Xu is a recent graduate from Cape Breton University, with a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and is confident in A Bite of Asia's ability to expand beyond what other Chinese restaurants currently offer

My only hope is that more people in Sydney realize that fried rice + chicken balls + lo mein isn't the be all end all when it comes to asian cuisine. Be adventurous, your taste buds will thank you.
