A Bite of Asia to open on Dorchester Street

Sydney will soon have a new Chinese restaurant, servicing traditional dishes as well as Thai food. Two young, Chinese entrepreneurs will open A Bite of Asia on Dourchester Street in Downtown Sydney, serving dishes not seen on the menu of our 8 other Chinese Restaurants, as well as a cuisine sorely lacking within the CBRM; Thai food. 

Shibin Xu is a recent graduate from Cape Breton University, with a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and is confident in A Bite of Asia's ability to expand beyond what other Chinese restaurants currently offer

Really looking forward to sampling the menu, especially the Thai offerings. My only hope is that more people in Sydney realize that fried rice + chicken balls + lo mein isn't the be all end all when it comes to asian cuisine. Be adventurous, your taste buds will thank you.
