"A small plane has crashed in the Sydney area." That is the scenario which will be played out this weekend.

Look to the sky this weekend and you may see some of the great people who make up Sydney area's Civil Air Search and Rescue team (CASARA). They work long and hard to make sure they are ready in case they are needed.
