Despite being treated fairly by the CBC, Anna Manley declined an Interview with Kyle Moore. Does she want to defund the CBC like Pierre Poilievre? Well, when you do whatever the party leaders say to the letter, she won't be expected to disagree with Poilievre.
Imagine the state of our local media in Cape Breton with the newspaper industry barely holding on. Would Manley be willing to see us lose local journalists like Steve Sutherland, Wendy Bergfeldt, Tom Ayers, Kyle Moore, and Erin Pottie... not to mention the talented team of producers and the rest of the team?
All modern media must adapt and improve. But, I support our national media. And, I'll show up for the interviews whenever they ask.—Joe
