Scott McIntyre asked Buddy this question: "If all of our Canadian Provinces were represented by foods, which food would each be represented by?" Buddy says: Good question, bye! So for the sake of argument, let's assume that Cape Breton is its own province ('cause it should be, right?). Anyway, here's what I think, bye (from west to east): BC = smoked salmon AB = beef on the barbie SK = whole wheat bread MN = Red River cereal ON = corn on the cob PQ = poutine (obviously) NB = fiddleheads NS = blueberries PEI = potatoes NF = codfish (& chips) For Cape Breton: It's a tie - Pizza, Pork Pies, and Oat Cakes ... and a double-double.
