Business Cape Breton invites expressions of interest from individuals within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality who have experience in business and/or economic development, who wish to serve on BCB's "Volunteer Policy Board of Directors."

The following are considered key qualifications:

• Commitment to organizations's mission and governance model
• A commitment of time
• Openness to learning
• Experience in private and/or public sector business and economic development
• Knowledge of human resources procedures
• Experience working on a policy board
• Knowledge/experience concerning contracts/proposals
• Leadership experience
