Dr. Rachel Abel announced on Wednesday, July 18th via the Cape Breton Post that she is closing her Family practice in Sydney effective immediately.
She says he will continue her Obstetrical practice from the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
Her current family practice patients must register by calling 811 to get assigned a new doctor.
