CTV's Ryan MacDonald is breaking news via Twitter that an email to staff by Nova Scotia Health Authority (Eastern Zone) officials says the hospital is in an "overcapacity situation", the Emergency Room is "severely overcapacity", and that patients must be returned to their "home hospital" locations.
