Cape Breton's Chris Lorway Lands Job with Stanford LIVE

Chris Lorway of Sydney, N.S., has been hired to be the executive director of a concert series and the concert hall at world-renowned Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Stanford Live, a concert series which has featured global stars such as Yo-Yo Ma, Wynton Marsalis and Kristin Chenoweth, is now in its fifth season at Bing Concert Hall, a 1,000-seat facility on the university campus.

Lorway says the job is an incredible opportunity.
