Summer is well underway, and the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce (CBRCC) is thrilled to unveil its newest and exciting initiative: Chamber Connects!

This innovative project aims to bring the chamber experience directly to communities across the beautiful Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM). 

Chamber Connects will hit the road this August, with the first stop being the Northside on August 9th, to visit various communities in the CBRM to engage with both current and future chamber members. The program's mission is to connect, collaborate, and listen to the local business community, understanding their barriers to business and bringing these insights to the forefront during our advocacy committee’s next meeting.

"Chamber Connects is an incredible opportunity for us to strengthen ties within our business community," said Jenna Lahey, Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce. "Whether you are an established chamber member or an aspiring entrepreneur, this initiative will foster networking, idea-sharing, and ultimately contribute to the growth and
vibrancy of our local business ecosystem."

"We want to emphasize that Chamber Connects is not only for existing members but also for those who wish to experience the power of collaboration and join the Chamber family," added Megan Penney, Member Relations Coordinator at the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce. "We encourage everyone to spread the word, tag their friends, and help us create
an even stronger chamber together."
