Cape Breton Regional Police arrested a 35-year-old man for Break and Enter into a trailer on Scotch Lake Road on Monday night, May 22nd. They were also looking for him for connection to an earlier theft from Mark's Work Warehouse in Mayflower Mall.
At approximately 8:00 PM, police received reports of suspicious activity near a trailer at a property on Scotch Lake Road. Upon arrival, police located a man in a vehicle parked beside the trailer that had been entered and damaged. Officers identified the man, who they confirmed was wanted on a warrant for Failing to Attend Court. Several stolen items were located inside the vehicle, and the man also matched the description from the theft at Mark’s Work Warehouse.
Kenneth Cardan Marsh was scheduled to appear in Sydney Provincial Court today, charged with Failing to Attend Court, 2 Breaches of Probation, and 4 Breaches of Court-ordered conditions. Police continue to investigate and further charges are pending.
