UPDATE: 

Cape Breton Regional Police are advising David Hines has been found and is safe.

His family is concerned for his well-being after not being able to contact him since leaving their Howie Centre residence February 9^th.

He was last seen later that day in Sydney, wearing a black toque, black pants and black jacket, and carrying a black suitcase, black book bag, and red reusable bag. He is described as approximately 5’ 10” and 150 pounds with brown hair and a short beard.
