Cecil Clarke announced his campaign platform for his second run at Mayor of CBRM. He introduced his plans at a small event at the Cambridge Suites on Friday, July 29.

Build upon the relationships we Forge at our annual tri-council meetings THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHILE HE WAS IN OFFICE AND AT LEAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN #2 ON HIS LIST "Paul said he would very much like to see First Nations concerns represented at the board level of the new port corporation. “I feel it’s quite important. We need to be part of the development of the port. It’s a lot better when you’re at the board table having these discussions,” he said"

After looking after poverty especially child poverty and establishing better relationships with our first nations, I would think that getting Archibald's wharf back and trimming down upper management of the CBRM should be #3 AGAIN THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN HE WAS IN POWER. ACTUALLY HE CREATED MOST OF IT AND NOW IT WILL COST SEVERANCE AND OTHER COST WHICH IN MY OPINION IS AN EXPENSE THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED,IF HE HAD LISTENED TO THE TAX PAYERS
