Eskasoni Men In Canoe Save Dog Who Fell Into Freezing Water VIDEO

After a dog fell through the ice in Eskasoni, two men launched a successful rescue using a canoe. Special recognition is due to RCMP officer Jason Bernard and community member Eric Stevens for their quick response.

The rescue was captured on video by resident Binchly Stevens who shared it on Facebook.
