About Ray Sharma: Ray is a much-sought after leader in the technology development and investment economy with specific expertise in mobile technologies who envisioned the generational shift in computing from PCs to smartphones.
Ray is an active player in the startup ecosystem. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Managing Partner of Extreme Venture Partners (EVP), which specializes on early stage VC capital and management expertise for start-ups.
He is also the Founder and Chairman of XMG Studio, a critically acclaimed game studio with tens of millions of fans worldwide. He was also a founder and Chairman of Xtreme Labs, a leading mobile and web application developer in the world.
Ray also spent more than 10 years in wireless technology investment banking research. He was the top-ranked wireless technology analyst based on Greenwich and Brendan Woods International surveys of fund managers for five of eight eligible years.
Ray is an acclaimed speaker at events around the world, including the Milken Institute of Global Conference (Los Angeles), FICCI Frames (India), Mobile Games Forum (London), Scotia Capital Apps Conference (Toronto), CTIA Mobile Web & Apps (San Francisco), and has been invited to hold guest lectures at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and Stanford Business School.

About Andrew Ray: Andrew Ray is an investment manager at Innovacorp, where his focus is on identifying attractive seed and early stage investment opportunities. He manages all aspects of the investment review, approval and closing cycle, and works hands-on with Innovacorp’s portfolio companies to assist them in building teams, accelerating their growth, achieving milestones and securing additional financing. He is a board member at Proposify.
Most recently, Andrew was the CEO of Bazari Inc., a mobile banking services provider for micro finance institutions in India. At Bazari, he helped financial institutions set up technology infrastructure and oversaw the rollout of the company’s mobile payment platform. Prior to this, he worked for MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) on the Radarsat-2 Spacecraft, from design through launch, specializing in spacecraft guidance and navigation.
Andrew holds a B.Sc. in astrophysics from Saint Mary’s University, a M.Sc.in space studies from France’s International Space University, and an MBA from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
