The links will still provide great resources in terms of where to go for virtual fitness classes, though, so please keep using them!
So, we’re about one month into social distancing / isolation / quarantine, whatever language you prefer to use. Although there is a lot of uncertainty, there’s also some pretty cool things happening, like in the fitness / wellness community – so many FREE and virtual classes!
There are so many, in fact, that I attempted compiling a schedule of all the classes being offered by amazing instructors, right here on the Island.
Please note: This list was compiled on Monday, April 13 after I did a bit of Facebook digging. If your class schedule has changed, or you would like your class or organization to be included in the list, give me an email at westburypaige@gmail.com :).
Without further adieu, here is the most comprehensive list I could come up with – so PLEASE, take advantage of these WONDERFUL and FREE fitness / wellness classes. They’ve truly been helping me keep a (mostly) positive outlook during these times.
