We are filled with excitement and gratitude upon hearing this news! The HAT has been chosen by Arts Nova Scotia to be the recipient of their 2020 Creative Community Impact Award!
It is an honour to be recognized by our provincial community, and we would be remiss if we did not emphasize this accomplishment is due, not only to our amazingly dedicated and gifted team, but also our magnificent, supportive community near and far.
We're all still braving the storm of COVID-19. However in spite of this, thanks to this history-making collaborative effort, we are staying afloat and able to provide shelter, connection and entertainment to our community as we all wait for brighter days.
The award will be presented at the 15th Creative Nova Scotia Awards Gala, which will be held virtually through liveheist.com/livestream on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 7 PM AST. If you're able to tune in, we'll see you there!
Thank you Arts Nova Scotia for this honour and thank you to everyone in our HAT family. This is a win for us all and we will continue to pour it all right back into Cape Breton.
