At Hearthstone Hospitality we understand the importance and peace of mind each of our guests need to feel comfortable during the COVID-19 public health emergency. We can promise you as a valued guest, your safety and security is our highest priority. Cleanliness is always top of mind and as such we clean and disinfect each room with professional products that are effective at killing viruses like the COVID-19 virus. We clean all hard surfaces such as tables, chairs, remote controls, lamps, and bedside tables with a liquid sanitizer. Our linens, towels, and duvet covers are cleaned after each check-out or as requested by the guest. We use industrial-grade washing detergent, with disinfection taking place through the process.

In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we have put in place the following extra measures to continue providing you with a clean, safe and healthy room:

• We have increased the frequency public areas and hard surface are disinfected
• We have procedures in place in the event of a confirmed case amongst our guests or employees.
• We have made hand sanitizers available at high-touch areas
• We have asked employees returning from travel or those feeling ill to self quarantine
• We have temporarily stopped serving buffet breakfast and are offering a bagged continental option
• We have temporarily closed our restaurants and lounges
• We have temporarily canceled all public swims, social events and gatherings
