Since we the tax payers are footing the bill for the idle Yarmouth Ferry, and we also have a cruise ship port that won’t be used this year, why not marry the two for water cruises to Baddeck and Ingonish.

This would be a walk on only ferry, so no mayor work would be needed on the ports of call. Locals and tourists would love to take this cruise!

It could be run daily.

This would also show if there was a business case for the same. Rather than have the ferry sit in a foreign port,

let’s put it to work.
