The Cape Breton Highlanders professional basketball team announced the signing of guard Bruce Massey from Nashville, TN. He is 6’3”, 195lb, and 27 years old.

Massey played NCAA Division I basketball at Middle Tennessee State University and played professionally for the past three seasons in the in the NBA G League (formerly named the NBA D League). See video below.

Massey is expected to arrive in Sydney this week.  

In order to make room on the roster, Damarcus Harrison, 6’5 guard from Greenwood, SC was released from the team.

The Highlanders have a 3-game home stand starting Sunday, December 17 at 2PM, then Tuesday at 7PM and Wednesday at 11AM. The Tuesday, December 19 game was originally scheduled for December 31.
