I am a Stateside Southerner, semi-retired as a civil engineering techie. I grew up in rural South Carolina on the hillbilly end of the state, have lived and worked in several states including Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, and am currently in Oklahoma. I spent some time in Newfoundland recently and am beginning to look further into the rest of Canada.
   Along in my second childhood, I figure I'm about twelve.
  I like to explore alternative music, alternative energy, alternative medicine, et cetera.  Out of practice on several instruments. I write some music when the inspiration comes this way.
